Today we:

- "Maps they can take you any place you want."
- "Place values like little blocks separated and when they get to 10 they go in the tens place and when they get to more than ten they go the hundreds place and they go on and on and on."
- "Maps can carry you to North or West or East. You can check out a map to see where you are going."
- "I found South Arabia on the map and it looks like Libya."
- "We learned about building blocks on the chalkboards and we built 100's and making blocks to 100."
- "I learned in math that you can not just count 1, 2, 3, to get to 100 you can go 10, 20 and you can count 100 too."
